Injection

 Printing

                          There are many printing methods: silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, laser printing, pad printing, gravure printing... Our products generally use silk screen printing and heat transfer printing Heat transfer printing workmanship contains two fields: make transfer film and do transfer printing on products. The transfer film printing adopts dot printing, and the pattern is pre-printed on the surface of the film. The printed pattern layers are rich, colors are bright, colors different is small, which can meet the requirements of customer pattern design and is suitable for mass production.

                       The transfer printing through heating and pressurizing by a heat transfer machine transfers the exquisite pattern on the transfer film and transfer to the surface of the product. After molding, the ink layer is integrated with the surface of the product, which is realistic and beautiful, and greatly improves the grade of the product.
