We(Plastic Household Products Company) can offer free initial samples for reviewing if customer considers it necessary.
After selection of products, communicating with customer on the designing and artworks according to the selected products. We will quote the sampling cost and unit price according to the design(such as custom plastic food containers).
ampling on plastic parts with customized colors and artworks by CMYK heat transfer printing or simple color silkscreen printing.
sending the complete customized sample for customer or licensor approval. Customer will send back one approved sample with signature.
Customer confirms the order by paying the deposit.
Preparing the materials and launching the mass production according to customer’s signed approved sample.
Offering mass production samples for customer checking before customer FRI.
Our QC persons will follow up the production processes by checking the materials and semi-finished products during the production, and will proceed a final random inspection after the production is 80% packed.
