A folding storage cabinet that can grow a tier at a time, from our Storage racks range.
The cabinet is offered at 82cm, 120cm and 157.5cm, and all three heights use the same 38 × 37cm base. The tier count does not have to be settled at the first purchase: a single unit can be used on its own, and more tiers added as the storage grows.
One base across all three heights
The three item numbers, HX0067327 to HX0067329, share one footprint, so the floor area is the same in every version and only the height changes. A column of 2 to 4 tiers is built from identical units, and it uses the same model throughout, so a tier added later matches the ones already in place.
What the front of each tier looks like
Every tier has a door of its own. The door face is a clear panel shaped like a bear head, with the ears along the top edge and a small knob in the middle of each one. The frame that holds the panels is cream white, the side panels are moulded with an inset line, and the top of the column closes with a block panel.
How it folds and how it is packed
The frame is foldable, and a unit that is out of season goes down flat until it is needed again. Side buckles lock the frame open, nothing has to be assembled first, and a unit opens in seconds. Each one is packed one piece per carton at 0.029, 0.041 and 0.053 CBM, in cartons that share a 39.5 × 40.5cm face and grow only in depth, from 18cm to 25.5cm and 33cm.
Pink, blue and yellow use the same cabinet design, so different colours can be assigned to different rooms or users, while additional tiers can be added later. The body is PP. HongXing manufactures plastic household products for importers, brands and e-commerce sellers. Custom colours and logo printing are available through our customization service. Silk screen suits one- and two-colour marks, and heat transfer suits multi-colour artwork.
