Hong Kong Houseware Fair is Asia's largest houseware fair, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). Over a four-day period (20-23 April), the fair welcomed close to 28,000 buyers from 121 countries and regions.
This is the 4th year that Hongxing has participated in the Hong Kong Houseware fair. With a two side open deluxe booth at the World of Fine Dining area, Hongxing exhibited this year's newest products - new material lunch boxes, fresh-keeping boxes, kitchen tools, storage drawer cabinets and cupboards, storage baskets, etc..
During the fair, our sales team took the opportunity to introduce our products and services to more than 120 new customers from all over the world, such as Europe, Brazil, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, etc. Getting in contact with these new customers, our sales team starts to develop new co-operations after the fair.
Taking advantage of this good event, our sales persons have the chance to meet our old customers who are working with Hongxing for years, to discuss the current working status, and the future cooperation prospects. Some potential customers who already knew us before the fair also came to visit us and gave both of us a chance to know more about each other.
The most welcomed products in the fair are the eco-friendly wheat straw lunch boxes, bamboo fiber kid's diner set, new style stainless steel lunch boxes, new colored mini drawer cabinets and kitchen products, etc..
The Houseware Fair this year was rebranded with four themes, namely Lifestyle, Interior, Feast and Enrich (abbreviated as LIFE). Under each of these themes, a corresponding concept is developed in collaboration with a renowned trend forecast agency in United Kingdom, WGSN, to unveil the trends of houseware products in Spring Summer 2020. One of our wheat straw lunch boxes was selected into the product trend and color display program, and it was displayed at the Hyper room as a part of the LIFE theme. Many customers were attracted by this product range and were guided to to our booth for further discussion.
